5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Any disputes between organizers and attendees are the responsibility of the organizer.
6. Tickets, QR Codes, and Check-Ins
Lomeo generates digital tickets and QR codes based on information provided by organizers and payment events received from Stripe.
Event organizers are responsible for verifying ticket validity and managing access control at their events.
QR code validation and check-in functionality may depend on internet connectivity, third-party services, and device compatibility.
Organizers are encouraged to prepare fallback procedures in the event of technical interruptions.
Lomeo does not guarantee uninterrupted real-time validation during periods of high traffic, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages.
7. Email Delivery
Lomeo may send transactional emails, including ticket confirmations and event-related notifications.
Email delivery depends on third-party email providers and external mail systems.
While we aim to ensure reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee that emails will always be delivered, received, or placed outside spam or promotional folders.
Organizers are responsible for ensuring attendee email addresses are correct.

You may not use Lomeo for:
