Last updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to Lomeo (“Lomeo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lomeo Stripe app and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Lomeo Stripe app, connecting your Stripe account, or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. About Lomeo

Lomeo is a Stripe app that provides ticketing and event infrastructure tools for event organizers. Lomeo helps organizers create events, sell tickets through Stripe, generate QR-code tickets, send ticket emails, and manage event check-ins.

Lomeo provides software infrastructure only. Lomeo is not an event organizer, ticket reseller, payment processor, or venue operator.

2. Eligibility

To use Lomeo, you must have a valid Stripe account and comply with Stripe’s applicable terms and policies. By connecting your Stripe account, you confirm that you are authorized to access and manage that account. If you use Lomeo on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf.

3. Using Lomeo

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your connected Stripe account while using Lomeo. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your Stripe account and ensuring that the information associated with it is accurate and up to date.

You may not use Lomeo for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities. This includes unauthorized or misleading ticket sales, scams, counterfeit tickets, false representations, spam, phishing, impersonation, identity fraud, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, distribution of malware or harmful content, or any activity that may harm attendees, organizers, third parties, or the reputation of Lomeo.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, misuse, or interfere with the Service, including through excessive automated requests or unauthorized use of APIs.

Lomeo may monitor activity within the Service to help prevent fraud, detect abuse, protect security, and maintain operational reliability.

If we detect unusual, suspicious, or potentially harmful activity, we may temporarily restrict certain features or suspend access to the Service. In certain situations, we may request additional information to verify account ownership or investigate potential misuse.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments for tickets sold through Lomeo are processed by Stripe. Lomeo does not process, store, hold, or control customer payment funds.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.

Our subscription plans, usage limits, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you have a billing question or believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for creating and managing their events, including providing accurate event information, communicating with attendees, managing venues, setting ticket policies, handling refunds and cancellations, managing taxes, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Lomeo provides software infrastructure for ticketing and check-in management only. Lomeo is not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, availability, cancellation, postponement, or operation of any event.

Any disputes, claims, or issues between organizers and attendees are the responsibility of the organizer.

6. Ticket Delivery and Event Operations

Lomeo generates digital tickets and QR codes based on information provided by event organizers and payment information received through Stripe.

Event organizers are responsible for verifying ticket validity and managing access control at their events.

Ticket delivery, email notifications, QR code validation, and check-in functionality may depend on internet connectivity, third-party services, email providers, and device compatibility.

While Lomeo aims to provide reliable ticketing and check-in functionality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during technical issues, connectivity problems, high traffic periods, or third-party service outages.

Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate attendee information, including valid email addresses, and should prepare appropriate backup procedures in case of technical interruptions.

7. Third-Party Services and Service Availability

Lomeo relies on third-party services, including Stripe, hosting providers, storage services, and email delivery providers, to operate the Service. While we choose reliable providers, Lomeo is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, or outages caused by third-party services. We aim to maintain reliable service availability but cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary.

8. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lomeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, event disruptions, attendee disputes, or damages resulting from third-party service failures.

Our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lomeo during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lomeo and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your events, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or disputes between you and attendees.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using Lomeo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal, security, or operational risks. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including liability limitations and indemnification obligations, will remain effective.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website or the Service. By continuing to use Lomeo after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands. For questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at: [email protected]
